This cheese is made from May to October to take advantage of the pastures' milk and matured for a minimum of 6 months.

From 01/09 to 30/06:
Monday: closed except on public holidays
Tuesday to Sunday: 9.30am to 5.30pm
From 01/07 to 31/08 :
daily: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Closed on 01 January and 25 December
