GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1) Responsibilities
The Spa Tourist Office will do everything in its power to ensure that your visit takes place in the best possible conditions. However, it cannot
be held responsible for the cancellation or unavailability of any of its service providers, the unforeseen absence of a guide, or any incident that may occur during a visit.

2) Your booking
Bookings are only confirmed in writing by the Tourist Office. The same applies to any subsequent changes to your booking. Requests must be made in writing and must be submitted
no later than two days before the desired date. Requests will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis. Group rates and conditions
apply to groups of 20 or more. When booking, please let us know the number of participants as accurately as possible. In the event of a change in this number, the group leader undertakes to inform the Office du Tourisme
as soon as possible before the date of the visit.
3) Guided tours and tourist packages
Tours are subject to guide availability. They are organised all year round on request for groups of no more than 20 people per guide. If the group is more than 30 minutes late, the tour may be cut short or even cancelled, but the fee remains payable.

4) Catering
The Spa Tourist Office can help you book your meal. Depending on the size of your group, the Tourist Office will provide you with a proposal tailored to your requirements. Our partner restaurants are selected in turn.
5) Payment
The Spa Tourist Office will confirm the booking in writing and will indicate the amount of the deposit to be paid, corresponding to 30% of the total amount. For a visit to the historic town centre or a nature walk, payment of the full amount is required. This amount must be paid into the following bank account: BE23 0689 3799 6491 in the name of Office du Tourisme de Spa – Rue du Marché 1A – 4900 Spa, Communication: name of group + date of guide. Failure to make payment into our account or to provide proof of payment by the 10th working day prior to the date of the tour may result in cancellation of the service. The outstanding balance will be paid by bank transfer 8 days in advance on the basis of the final number of participants notified to the tourist office. In the case of last-minute bookings, payment may be made at reception on the day of the tour, after confirmation. Any additional persons must be paid for on the spot, in agreement with the Spa Tourist Office.
6) Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by you after we have sent you this booking confirmation by e-mail or post, a fixed charge of
a lump sum of €50 will be charged to cover booking and cancellation costs. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the date of the visit, the visit will be payable.
7) Acceptance of the general booking conditions
All bookings imply acceptance of the general booking conditions. The group leader acknowledges that he/she has read the information relating in particular to the price and other components of the services provided.
